Pine Straw Refresh
Good evening everyone! Well, if you haven't come home yet to see, the pine straw berms have been refreshed with brand new pine straw in addition to being re-shaped, cleaned up and sprayed. ELM looks like they have done a good job for us, not to mention doing so with relative speed. If anyone has any issues, please feel free to leave your comments or drop me a line.
As a reminder, our quarterly HOA meeting will be this weekend at 5pm at 1114 Glenrose. Please plan to attend or, if you are out of town, please assign your proxy vote to a neighbor as we will try to vote on some much needed issues.
See you then!

Friendly Reminder
Hi, Everyone!
I hope everyone is enjoying the rest of the summer. Hopefully these high temperatures will start to drop soon!
I just wanted to send out a friendly reminder to avoid parking in the street whenever possible. If visitors would like to park along the curb for shorter periods of time (parties, etc.), this is fine, but please make sure they’re not parked directly behind anyone’s driveway if possible. This will help residents navigate the street with ease, and also help cope with the three open houses currently ongoing in the neighborhood.
Thanks for helping us avoid accidents and keep traffic flowing smoothly in and out of the subdivision! Have a wonderful weekend, and I look forward to seeing you at our next HOA meeting on the 29th at 5 pm.

Lawn Care Update
I have received quotes and bids from 5 lawn care companies in the metro area, including our current provider, The Vinings Landscape Group. We are reviewing and finalizing our decision, with pine straw maintenance being the most immediate concern. I hope to have the decision made and completed by the end of the week so we can have our pine straw berms shaped, sprayed and renewed with fresh pine straw before the next meeting.
